Emergency Maintenance Window



As mentioned in our last update, Online eBilling is operational but we are in a redundant failover mode, operating on backup infrastructure.

We continue to investigate and troubleshoot hardware, software and services, and to build our best path to a restoration of fully-redundant operating mode. This means we need to get our primary infrastructure back online as soon as possible. To do this, we will need to enact an emergency maintenance window beginning shortly after 5 p.m.

We do not yet know how long that maintenance interval will last, but we anticipate less than 20 minutes. It will require downtime, during which the eBilling sites cannot be accessed. Rest assured we'll be operating as rapidly as possible to bring the infrastructure up, test, and carry live traffic. If our tests fail we will quickly revert back to the same backup infrastructure we're currently utilizing.

We will send out another notice when this operation has been completed.
