Our email delivery partner, SendGrid, is having email delivery issues today. SendGrid processes billions of emails, and we are aware of connection refused/timeout issues with their email delivery network. These began at roughly 8:15 a.m. CDT today. However, it appears some email may have been working for part of that time. SendGrid is working very diligently on the issue, which affects all of their thousands of customers (and massive email traffic), not just us. At approximately 9:40 a.m. CDT we observed emails successfully delivering again. While it was not clear if any remaining issues were at large, it does appear that most, if not all, email delivery connections were working again as of roughly 9:40 a.m. SendGrid has not posted a final "all clear" status update and we continue to monitor, in case the issue recurs.
We thank you for your patience. No action is required. We partner with SendGrid because of their extremely high email delivery volume, and this kind of interruption is extremely rare.
