RESOLVED: Credit Card Processing Network

At approximately 9:29 a.m., we detected at outage with our upstream credit card
processing network. This outage appears to have affected all Online credit card
processing operations as well as in-house.
We contacted our upstream provider on an emergency basis to investigate, and
were informed that they had updated certain parameters on their network,
possibly causing the connectivity problems. These changes were re-examined by
them and service was restored as a result.
At approximately 9:47 a.m., the changes by our upstream provider did take
affect and successfully restored credit card processing operations through
them.
We continue to work with the upstream network to analyze the technical details
of this incident, which they are investigating, especially focused on
preventing any recurrence. We will post more information here only if it is
pertinent. Otherwise, please consider this issue resolved, and please contact
support if you continue to experience any credit card processing issues
henceforth.

This morning there was an approximately 18 minute outage with our upstream credit card processing network. This outage was beyond our control.

Intermittent Internet Issues

Our primary Internet Service Provider is reporting some intermittent issues this afternoon, affecting mainly internal outbound traffic. At this time, there is little-to-no affect on the live billing websites. But, just as a precaution, we wanted to publish this update, and mention that the ISP is working on the situation. We do not currently expect downtime or performance problems with the eBilling websites. Also, please note that we have scheduled additional, more-extensive maintenance for tonight (Friday 7/29), 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. This also should NOT affect live eBilling websites, but as with any maintenance there is a possibility of interruption. While we expect there to be none, please be advised of the possibility overnight.

RESOLVED: All sites ONLINE and functioning normally

We believe we have mitigated all problems and all sites are now functioning normally. We will continue to monitor, of course, and we thank you again for your patience.

ISSUE: Intermittent Issues

We apologize for the interruptions to service--we are experiencing intermittent load issues again on the web frontend, and are pursuing intensely.

RESOLVED: All sites ONLINE and functioning normally

All sites are LIVE and functioning. Many sites were up much sooner but the few remaining sites are now LIVE, and our mitigation of the heavy frontend load is also complete. We thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: Maintenance Continuing

We are now experiencing a very heavy load on our web frontend which is causing timeouts for many sites. We are mitigating ASAP.

UPDATE: Scheduled Maintenance Almost Finished

Most sites have loaded, and we have found a way to restore service to sites individually. Therefore, many sites are loaded AND live (resumed). A few sites remain, ETA is 20 minutes for the few remaining sites that still loading. All others are LIVE.

UPDATE: Maintenance Continuing

Scheduled maintenance is taking longer than hoped. Many sites are DONE but we cannot restore until all sites have loaded. Some sites are taking longer to load but good progress is being made. We do not have an ETA as of yet but hope to restore service within 30 minutes.

SCHEDULED SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Today 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.

Sites will be down for up to one hour for scheduled upgrades. We are working quickly to complete the maintenance and resume site operation.

RESOLVED: All Sites Resumed

All sites have been restored following the broad power outage. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: Power Has Been Restored

Power has been restored by CenterPoint and we are bringing systems up. ETA is approximately 20 minutes.

ISSUE: Wide Power Outage, Sites Down

All systems are down due to a major power outage at CenterPoint. CenterPoint is investigating diligently, but the outage has affected at least 60 businesses. We have no ETA from CenterPoint at this time.

Online Server Maintenence

Tomorrow Morning Friday May 20th, the Online Server will be down, starting about 8:10 for 30 minutes to an hour. Customers will not be able to access the online website, and you will not be able to access the online reporting.

We are going to be updating the servers at this time.

Thank you for your patience we perform this task, we will let you know once the server is back up and running by alerting you by email and here on our blog.
