All Systems Restored, Fully Operational

All primary infrastructure has been reactivated, with full redundancy
back in place. No further downtime was required to reactivate the
remaining elements. Thank you for your patience.

Emergency Maintenance Window

As mentioned in our last update, Online eBilling is operational but we are in a redundant failover mode, operating on backup infrastructure.

We continue to investigate and troubleshoot hardware, software and services, and to build our best path to a restoration of fully-redundant operating mode. This means we need to get our primary infrastructure back online as soon as possible. To do this, we will need to enact an emergency maintenance window beginning shortly after 5 p.m.

We do not yet know how long that maintenance interval will last, but we anticipate less than 20 minutes. It will require downtime, during which the eBilling sites cannot be accessed. Rest assured we'll be operating as rapidly as possible to bring the infrastructure up, test, and carry live traffic. If our tests fail we will quickly revert back to the same backup infrastructure we're currently utilizing.

We will send out another notice when this operation has been completed.

Online Services Restored

Dear Valued Customer,

Service has been restored, but we are running in a redundant failover mode, which means that while all sites are functioning, we are on a heightened state of alert. We are continuing to troubleshoot and to exercise cautious use of backup resources.

We will update you as further information is available, but again, for now Online eBilling sites are operational.

Between 9:00-11:00 P.M. CST on Sunday , June  23^rd, 2013, AVR will be performing Online infrastructure maintenance. This planned maintenance may temporarily affect the customers site or cause minimal downtime as well as anyone who has to remote in on the weekend. However, as with any maintenance operation, there is an increased risk of complication. We have staff on-hand to assist and are prepared with contingency plans should the operation not succeed transparently as planned.
