Intermittent Internet Issues

Our primary Internet Service Provider is reporting some intermittent issues this afternoon, affecting mainly internal outbound traffic. At this time, there is little-to-no affect on the live billing websites. But, just as a precaution, we wanted to publish this update, and mention that the ISP is working on the situation. We do not currently expect downtime or performance problems with the eBilling websites. Also, please note that we have scheduled additional, more-extensive maintenance for tonight (Friday 7/29), 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. This also should NOT affect live eBilling websites, but as with any maintenance there is a possibility of interruption. While we expect there to be none, please be advised of the possibility overnight.
