RESOLVED: Credit Card Processing Network

At approximately 9:29 a.m., we detected at outage with our upstream credit card
processing network. This outage appears to have affected all Online credit card
processing operations as well as in-house.
We contacted our upstream provider on an emergency basis to investigate, and
were informed that they had updated certain parameters on their network,
possibly causing the connectivity problems. These changes were re-examined by
them and service was restored as a result.
At approximately 9:47 a.m., the changes by our upstream provider did take
affect and successfully restored credit card processing operations through
them.
We continue to work with the upstream network to analyze the technical details
of this incident, which they are investigating, especially focused on
preventing any recurrence. We will post more information here only if it is
pertinent. Otherwise, please consider this issue resolved, and please contact
support if you continue to experience any credit card processing issues
henceforth.

This morning there was an approximately 18 minute outage with our upstream credit card processing network. This outage was beyond our control.
