RESOLVED: Credit card payments RESTORED
Our credit card processing partner is back UP now and credit card payments should succeed, processing normally. Again, we apologize for this problem.
ISSUE: Credit card payments DOWN
At 3:13 p.m. CDT, our upstream credit card processing partner experienced an outage. This outage is continuing as of 3:46 p.m. We have not received any word from this access provider as to when the outage will be resolved. We apologize for this problem and are awaiting the first possible word--there is nothing we can do until the "main pipeline" is restored, on the other end where we have no control.
Our systems should respond automatically when our processing partner returns to service, and credit card payments should flow as soon as that happens.
