One of AVR's network service providers (Comcast) is
having trouble today. Due to the redundancy built into the AVR Online platform,
we are largely unaffected by this. However, particular components may be
affected intermittently. For example, earlier this morning the automated
retrieval of pack files was delayed. Most importantly, the ability of your
customers to view account information and make payments Online continues uninterrupted
thanks to our redundant multi-provider platform.
