System back up and Pack files ready to be transferred



Dear valued customer:

The system came back up at 6:10 am this morning and your customers are now able to go online and make their payments. We are so sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

With the system going down it was unable to generate the pack files automatically, they have now been generated and are ready to pick up via ftp transfer. Please let me know as soon as you have retrieved them.

Server Down Notification

Dear Client,
To improve our resillience we are installing an additional Backup generator. During the installation process, we experiecnced a power issue which caused us to go offline with the web payment system during the early hours of this morning. We are gradually getting the system back on line and once everthing is fully functional we wil send a follow up email. We thank you for your understanding and  support as we continually work on upgrading and refining our systems to allow us to provide outstanding service.

Technical Difficulties

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our servers. 
As of right now we do not have an eta on the situation at hand but we are working diligently to get this issue fixed.
