am this morning and your customers are now able to go online and make their
payments. We are so sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
With the system going down it was
unable to generate the pack files automatically, they have now been generated
and are ready to pick up via ftp transfer. Please let me know as soon as you
have retrieved them.
